Colonial Woods [yaphank] - Whispering Pines [yaphank] - Greenwood Village [manorville] - Cobble Ridge [manorville] - Hampton Vistas [ manorville] - Silver Ponds [manorville] Bayberry Club [manorville] - Calverton Hills [calverton] and several other fine communities.
On Long Island a good rule of thumb is that the further east one goes the more you get for your money. Most of the communities in our eastern areas are newer, larger and more magnificent than those closer in to the city for comparable prices. If being close to the city is not important to you then you should consider a more easterly located community.
